By accessing or using AutoAlly.io (“Website”), including by clicking “Submit” on any form, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the services provided by AutoAlly LLC (“AutoAlly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Website or its services.
Description of Services
AutoAlly.io provides users with AI-assisted evaluations of vehicle repair estimates. These evaluations include summaries, comparisons, and recommendations based on uploaded documents (e.g., shop estimates) and publicly or commercially available reference data.
All reports are processed and made available to the user within the specified delivery timeframe and expire 30 days from the date of issuance, regardless of when or if they are accessed.
All communications may be sent via email, dashboard notifications, or downloadable PDF.
Disclaimer of Professional Advice
AutoAlly is not a licensed auto repair facility, mechanic, or legal advisor. Our evaluations are generated using automated systems and third-party data and may not reflect the full context of your vehicle’s condition.
By using this service, you acknowledge that:
- AutoAlly’s evaluations do not supersede the expertise of licensed professionals on-site.
- Shops and professionals may possess additional diagnostic information not available to AutoAlly.
- Final repair decisions are your responsibility and should be made in consultation with a trusted mechanic.
- AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or interpretation errors, and you assume all risks associated with reliance on such outputs.
User Responsibilities and Security
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information, including vehicle details and shop estimates.
- Not upload content that is illegal, misleading, or violates intellectual property laws.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of your login credentials (if applicable).
- Ensure that any device or network used to access AutoAlly is free from malware, viruses, or unauthorized access tools.
Security Disclaimer: AutoAlly is not responsible for any damages, losses, or unauthorized access resulting from:
- Your failure to maintain the security of your account, device, or network.
- Compromises caused by third-party breaches, phishing attacks, or password theft.
- Data interception or unauthorized access outside AutoAlly’s reasonable control.
Payments and Refunds
Payments for evaluations are processed via Stripe. All prices are listed in USD.
- Free evaluation: No charge.
- Paid evaluations: Refundable only if the service is not delivered.

Data Use and Privacy

Service Limitations and AI Automation Risks
AutoAlly may update, limit, or suspend services at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee:
- The availability of the service at all times.
- That the AI analysis is error-free, unbiased, or complete.
- That AI-generated results will match real-world conditions or professional recommendations.
You acknowledge that AI-based evaluations are inherently probabilistic and may be impacted by incomplete data, outdated references, or evolving repair standards. AutoAlly is not liable for:
- Any repair decisions, costs, or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
- Financial loss, improper repairs, or vehicle damage arising from use of our services.
Intellectual Property
All content on AutoAlly.io, including AI-generated evaluations, design, text, logos, and software, is the property of AutoAlly LLC or its licensors and protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree that:
- These Terms apply in all 50 U.S. states.
- Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
- If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable in one jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain enforceable in all others.

AutoAlly reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
